Presidential aspirant and Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso unveiled the 10 pillars of his “Bilis Kilos” economic agenda during the inauguration of his new headquarters in Intramuros, Manila on Monday, Jan. 31.

The 10-point “Bilis Kilos” economic platform will serve as Domagoso’s guiding principles in accelerating human and economic growth in the country should he be elected as the next president.
Among the 10-point economic agenda are housing, education, labor and employment, health, tourism and the creative industry, infrastructure, digital transformation and industry, agriculture, good governance, and smart governance.
Aksyon Demokratiko campaign manager Lito Banayo said the economic platform of Domagoso is focused on good governance, accountability, digitization, and innovation to improve the country’s economic status.
Domagoso, meanwhile, also said that life and livelihood of the people will be his utmost priority.
“Life and livelihood will be our focus, and will be immediately attended to. May awa ang Diyos, palarin kami ni Doc Willie . ‘Yoong kasulukuyang sitwasyon is the continuing threat or presence of COVID-19. Humans from now, then, and again we will continue to take it seriously and try to address it para mapapanatag natin ang ating mga kababayan, matuto tayong makapamuhay ng may COVID-19 (so our people will be at peace and learn to live with COVID-19),” he said.
Domagoso also assured that he would focus on the basic minimum needs of the people such as housing, schools, and hospitals.
He also announced his plan to increase the salaries of health workers, medical scholarships, raise in education budget, construction of more roads, and 100 percent access to clean water by 2026.
He will also continue the "Build, Build, Build" projects of the Duterte administration.
Domagoso has been saying he joined the presidential race to offer what he has done in Manila that are duplicable and scalable in terms of approach to the COVID-19 pandemic.
