Joshua Garcia, Ria Atayde react to post alluding to them being an item

Joshua Garcia and Ria Atayde have, once again, made an effort to correct wrong interpretation about their closeness.

This, after a fake Facebook account, claiming to be Joshua's "official" page, posted a photo of them looking cozy, captioning it: "Ikaw ang aking liwanag. (heart emoji)"

On Instagram, the 24-year-old actor quickly informed followers: "Hello! This is not mine! I don't have Facebook Page! Thank you."

Ria, on the other hand, was rather cool about it.

She even reposted it.

She then wrote: "Liwanag?! Bakit?! Hahaha. So funny but also, another reminder to always check your sources. Hahahaha."

This is not the first time the two Kapamilya stars were romantically linked.

Rumors about them supposedly being a couple started after they were spotted together together with some celebrity friends.

But last year, Ria reiterated that she and Joshua are not playing sweet music
