Steffi Aberasturi now engaged

Miss Universe Philippines 2021 2nd runner-up Steffi Aberasturi has happily said "yes" to her longtime boyfriend, Karl Arcenas, who recently asked for her hand in marriage.

it happened during his birthday party.

Attendees documented the engagement and tagged the lovers on their respective social media accounts.

Steffi marked the milestone flaunting her huge engagement ring.

Steffi and Karl were college schoolmates at the University of San Carlos in Cebu.

Last July, the two celebrated their eighth anniversary as a couple.

"Celebrating 8 amazing years w/ boss KDA. thank you for being so supportive of my dreams and always having my back! Love you always & forever," Steffi wrote then.

During her Miss Universe Philippines stint last year, Steffi was among the favorites.

It all started after the Cebuana model slayed the Runway Challenge.

It even ignited controversy because she used the 8.9 km Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway as her ramp.
