Honda CRF250RX is dedicated for the track and trail

For those seeking the ultimate off-road rush, Honda offers the all-new CRF250RX. This newest addition to Honda’s roster of high-performance rough terrain bikes is the perfect trail and enduro companion. The trail and track-dedicated CRF250RX offers pure, exhilarating adventure without compromise.

Designed strictly for use at motocross tracks, ATV Parks, and scenic spots around the country, the CRF250RX offers all the strengths of the street legal CRF250L minus the extra weight and width.

It’s powered by a compact and responsive 249cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single-cylinder, DOHC engine. Unlike the street legal 250L, the 250RX has slim bodywork and a lightweight chassis that allows superior handling.

Key enhancements include a 49mm Showa upside down (USD) front fork calibrated for tough terrain. Its Pro-Link rear suspension has faster response and bump-absorption. Its adjustable steel spring preload and rebound damping allow for further customization. It’s built on a tapered aluminum twin-spar frame. This creates a lightweight chassis with narrower main tubes to improve cornering performance. It rolls on DID rims (21-inch front and 18-inch rear) to take on the bumps of tough terrain. There's a front disc brake guard to prevent mud from entering the calipers. Finally, it offers an eight-liter fuel tank for long-distance trail rides.

Other features include knuckle guards to protect hands from branches during trail rides, a tall, retractable side stand, and an engine guard to protect from rocks and roots on the trail.

It also comes with a new Engine Mode Select Button (EMSB) that changes the engine’s response to suit different trail situations, aiding a rider’s ability to adapt to a wide range of riding conditions and scenarios. The HRC Launch Control allows smooth acceleration without spinning the rear wheel. It monitors the engine revolutions to prevent over-revving and the inevitable clutch and gearbox problems that may follow.

Designed for hard core track and trail riders, Honda offers a stripped-down CRF250 in the form of the RX that’s already lighter and ready to run. This lets riders immediately enjoy an intense adrenaline rush, conquer difficult off-trail roads, take off, jump, and drop-in muddy, rocky trails.

The all-new CRF250RX is now available at all Honda dealerships nationwide with a suggested retail price of P469,000. It’s offered in Extreme Red. The CRF250RX is designed for track and trail use only and is not street legal.
