QC deploys over 4 million COVID jabs

A total of 4, 842,498 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were deployed in Quezon City as of Saturday, Jan. 22.

According to the data released by the City Health Department (QCHD) on Saturday, a total of 2,125,226 individuals are fully vaccinated, which is 85.91 percent of its 2.4 million target for both the adult and pediatric population.

Among the individuals who received their second dose, 1,939,067 were adults (89.98 percent of 2.1 million adult population target) and 186,159 were minors (58.41 percent of 318,000 pediatric population target).

Meanwhile, there are 2,278,260 individuals (92.10 percent of 2.4 million target)who received at least first dose(2,051,213 adults and 227,047 minors).

The city also has already administered 439,012 booster shots.

The local government urged its residents to register on the city's "QC Vax Easy Plus" website to get their schedules for vaccination: https://qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph/qcvaxeasy
