Maxene Magalona shares tips on how to improve overall mood, well-being

Actress Maxene Magalona has been sharing different lessons on meditation.
On social media, Maxene shared things on how to improve the overall mood and well-being.
Maxene said the six steps are: "take a walk," "connect to Mother Earth," "go for a run," "get some sun," "meditate," and "pray."
"You always have a choice. Either you stay in the dark or go towards the light. Keep going towards the light and God will meet you there," she said.
Maxene revealed that a few days ago, she decided to take a road trip to Baguio because "my soul just felt like doing it."
And she said it was her "best decision ever."
"Driving to Baguio - achievement unlocked!," she said.
In another post, she talked about how her soul feels strongly about something, then honors and follows it.
"I take it as a message from God because I always pray to Him every day to keep guiding my path and showing me which steps to take in my journey. So whenever I feel a nudge from my soul, I make sure to listen to it. This is how I sharpen my intuition. This is how I operate," she related.
"I suddenly remembered how I’ve always wanted to drive to Baguio especially during this time of the year, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to spend some much-needed quality time with myself, nourish my soul and start the New Year with pure and clear intentions. True enough, after spending a week of silence and solitude in beautiful Baguio, I knew this trip was just what my soul needed," she said. "Thank You, God, for being with me every step of the way and for keeping me safe and protected! You are THE BEST!!!"
