Vice Ganda teases Vhong Navarro: 'Siguro ikaw yung source ni Lolit Solis'

Comedian-TV host Vice Ganda recently mentioned the name of veteran showbiz scribes Lolit Solis in a recent episode of "It's Showtime."

Many believe it's his reaction to him allegedly "power tripping" on the show as alleged by Lolit.

It all started with Vhong teasing Vice about his thinning hair.

"Tanggap ko. At dahil tanggap ko, hindi ako nasasaktan...," Vice told Vhong, then complained to Ogie: "Ang sakit niya (Vhong) magsalita."

Ogie replied: "Hayaan mo siya. Alam mo kung bakit, gumaganti yan."

Vice retorted, "Vengeance is bad, redemption is good."

However, Vhong pointed out that he's the "good" one, while Vice is the "bad" one.

Vice replied: “Good ka, bad ako? Siguro ikaw yung source ni Lolit Solis, 'no?”

He added in jest: “Yung mga chismis nila. Andami na nilang chismis sa 'Showtime,' tapos tumatawa na lang tayo.”

Vice mentioned Lolit's name again after their "Holy Spirit" skit.

“Akala niyo... may pananampalataya ako!” said Vice.

“Naniniwala naman kami, e,” Ogie assured.

“Hindi, e. Si Lolit, e,” Vice quipped. “Natatawa lang ako. Sinagot ni Jugs (si Lolit).”

Vice was referring to Jugs Jugueta who defended him from the "power tripping" allegation by commenting directly on Lolit's post.

Lolit showed appreciation for Jugs' comment.

"Appreciate ko iyon comment ni Jugs sa IG post ko about Vice Ganda, Salve. Sabi niya, hindi tutoo ang mga kumakalat na balita na marami ang discontented dahil sa mga nagaganap na power tripping sa Showtime. According kay Jugs happy lahat sila sa Showtime. Well and good. Mabuti naman kung tutoo dahil sayang din di ba, medyo matagal narin ang Showtime sayang kung mawawala ito dahil lang may gusto mag power trip. Lalong sayang kung babagsak si Vice Ganda dahil lang sa pagbabago ng ugali eh bihirang mangyari na nagkaruon ng celebrity na tulad niya na tinanggap ng publiko. Dapat talaga na maging maganda ang samahan nila dahil araw araw silang magkasama, dapat para na silang magkapatid. Sana lahat ng celebrity tulad ni Jugs may oras para ituwid iyon nabasa nila, mas appreciate namin iyon. Puwede naman kasi na mali ang information na nakuha namin, at puwede naman itong ituwid. Thank you Jugs for your time. Appreciate much!"

Jugs reacted, as well, writing: "Thank you po, Tita! Keep safe always!"
