Rabiya Mateo wants to meet viral jailed lolo

Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo has sought the help of her followers in finding the 80-year-old grandfather who got jailed for allegedly stealing around 10 kilograms of mangoes from a neighbor in Asingan, Pangasinan.


On Facebook, Rabiya wrote: "Can someone bridge me to Lolo? Finding ways to contact him."



Netizens believe Rabiya would extend help to the Lolo Narding.



The jailed grandfather is expected to post bail today, Jan. 20, reports said.


Pangasinan PNP spokesperson Lt. Col. Ferdinand de Asis said that members of the police force in Asingan chipped in P6,000 for the old man's temporary release.
