Maxene Magalona drops husband's surname, sparks breakup rumors

Is all not well between actress Maxene Magalona and her husband Rob Mananquil?

This after netizens noticed that Maxene has dropped the surname of her husband on Instagram.

What added to the fire was the fact that the couple is not following each other's respective social media accounts.

A few days ago, Maxene responded to queries involving her personal life.

She said then it is not polite to ask people about other’s personal lives.

“Especially when you don’t know them personally," Maxene said.

“And even if you do know them, you should give them space and wait for them to open up to you instead of prying and wanting to invade their privacy,” she added.

Maxene and Rob tied the knot in January 2018 via a back-to-back intimate church ceremony and beach wedding.

Last March, Maxene flew back to Manila alone after living in Bali with her husband for more than a year.

She and her husband were stranded in Bali, Indonesia due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
