Netizens noticed that Diego has yet to upload new photos featuring his girlfriend, Barbie Imperial, during the recent holidays.

Last Christmas, Diego shared a photo celebrating the special occasion with the family of celebrity couple Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia.

On New Year's Day, Diego uploaded a solo picture of him as he greeted his followers.

Meanwhile, Barbie seemingly wrote a cryptic post, igniting the rumors.

Recently, she also uploaded a sexy snap of herself.

"new year new hair," she wrote as caption. "jk happy new year everyone (heart emoji)."

Among the comments:

The couple's last post featuring each other was during their first-anniversary celebration a few weeks ago.

Despite the sweet gestures towards each other, some online users pointed out that Barbie “liked” a thegoodquote post on Instagram which read: “Losing attachment to someone who took you for granted hits different.”

Netizens started speculating that all is not well between the two stars.

Note that late last year, Barbie and Diego have been embroiled in different controversies.

In fact, online personality Xian Gaza slammed Barbie after she defended Diego from social media attacks.
