'One the Woman' Lee Ha-nee reveals she is 4 months pregnant after getting married last month

Korean drama “One the Woman” star Lee Ha-nee made another surprise announcement just less than a month after she got married to her non-celebrity boyfriend.

Saram Entertainment, her agency, said that the 38-year-old actress, who won as Miss Korea in 2006, is four months pregnant.

"A precious life has come to actress Lee Ha-nee. She is currently in her fourth month of pregnancy and is due to give birth around June. We ask for your warm congratulations and blessings to actress Lee Ha-nee and her future child,” the agency stated.

The new revelation came after she and her boyfriend got married last Dec. 21 without making an announcement beforehand.

At the time, her agency announced that due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation in Korea, Lee Ha-nee and her boyfriend held a small wedding vow ceremony where only their families attended instead of a wedding ceremony.

The ceremony took place just a month after she announced that she was dating a non-celebrity in November.

After winning Miss Korea in 2006, she represented her country at the 2007 Miss Universe beauty pageant where she won third runner-up.

She starred in “One the Woman,” which ran on SBS from September to November last year. She won the Top Excellence Award in a Miniseries Romance/Comedy Drama at the SBS Drama Awards for her role in the drama.
