Markki Stroem opens up on rumors about him and Marvin Agustin, Piolo Pascual

Talk about singer-actor Markki Stroem supposedly making sweet music with Marvin Agustin and Piolo Pascual has been going on for some time now.

Finally, in an interview with Cristy Fermin Monday, Markki addressed both issues once and for all.

As expected, Markki simply described his relationship with both celebrities as, well, platonic at best.

He said, "Marvin...friend ko iyon. Hanggang ngayon, friend pa rin kami.”

“Minsan we’re good friends, and minsan hindi masyadong good friends. Minsan hindi na kami okay. Minsan okay pa kami."

As to Piolo, he said, "Same management din kami (Piolo). We’re friends.”

He also tackled insinuations about him supposedly being gay.

"Isipin niyo na lang kung ano ang gusto niyong isipin," he said. "End of the day, wala na akong paki, to be honest, sa mga sinasabi ng mga tao.”

To be clear, he’d rather identify as a "demi-sexual."

He explained, "Demi-sexual—sa pagitan ng pagiging sexual at asexual—which means walang sexual attraction."

And that’s that.
