Man found dead beside creek in QC

A man was found dead beside a creek under Culiat 1 Bridge on Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Barangay Ramon Magsaysay, Quezon City on Tuesday, Jan. 11.

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) said the body of an unidentified man was discovered by Joey Donghit, Barangay Ramon Magsaysay public safety officer; and Nino Cerojale, a traffic enforcer, at around 11:20 a.m.

The incident was reported to the QCPD Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDU) and Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) for proper handling of the body and lifting of evidence.

Authorities are still establishing the identity of the man reported to be around 30 to 35 years old.
