Gandaras joins Dragon Artist Management

The girl group Gandaras has been signed up by Dragon Artist Management, headed by Bambbi Fuentes and Tine Areola.

The girls were selected from some 50 girls who auditioned for Popipoy, passed the cattle call, and made it to the top 8 finalists. Members of the Gandaras are Christa Jocson, Emcel Abuso, Shira Mae Tweg, Ash Carpio, Mosh Gerodias, and Mira Aquino.

They can sing and dance, but Mira is the composer-singer. In fact, Mira composed and sang "Di Ka Kulang," the theme song of the AIDS advocacy film "Sugat Sa Dugo." The song tells about the struggles of a young person.

The Gandaras has guested in several shows like “Lunch Out Loud,” “Mel & Toni” and did a promo material for Chummy Milk Tea.
