Fans of Netflix hit series “Emily in Paris” are guaranteed to get two more seasons of Lily Collin’s adventures in the city of love.
According to Deadline, the streaming giant greenlit Seasons 3 and 4 after the show’s second season was viewed for 107.6 hours in its first week, making it one of the Netflix’s Global Top 10 English language series last month.
It can be recalled that the first season of the show drew some controversy for its stereotypical depiction of a foreigner in France, as well as French people in general. However, it managed to hook 58 million viewers in its pilot season, who remained faithful to the series despite criticism.
On Rotten Tomatoes, critics gave the show a 70 percent fresh rating, while audience scores were more conservative at 38 percent rotten.
