Migs Nograles answers question, 'Why are you still single?'

Puwersa ng Bayaning Atleta (PBA) Party-list Rep. Migs Nograles is one of the head-turners in the current 19th Congress. But by all accounts, she is happily single.

So what's the deal?

The neophyte solon addressed this matter in a recent Facebook post as she acknowledged that it's a popular topic even among her followers.

"Ang lagi ko pong narinig araw araw ngayong week na ito ay: Bakit pa rin po kayo Single Atty. Migs? (What I've been hearing all the time this week is: Why are you still single, Atty. Migs?)" wrote the now 32-year-old daughter of the late former House Speaker Prospero Nograles.

"Hindi naman po kailangan mayroon kang partner para maging masaya sa buhay (You don't need a partner to be happy in life)," she said.

But Nograles quickly deferred to her followers and admitted that she may not be able to answer why she's single.

"Pero siguro mas alam niyo po ang sagot mga ka Migers at ka PBAers â€” bakit nga po ba ako single? â€ Hindi ko rin po alam. Hehehe (But maybe you'll know the answer more, my Migers and PBAers -- why am I single? I don't know either).

"Dahil ako ang laging nagbibigay ng legal advice, kayo naman po magbigay ng Love advice! (Since I'm always the one giving legal advice, it's your turn to give me love advice!)," said the lawyer-congresswoman.
