Ayala Land Premier (ALP), the upscale unit of Ayala Land Inc., has launched the second tower of its P28-billion Parklinks Towers after having sold about 75 percent of the first tower despite the ongoing pandemic.

In a press briefing, ALP Project Development Head Cherryl Uy said said the North Tower of the luxury residential project is expected to generate P13 billion in sales revenues from its 313 units while the Sourth Tower is projected to generate P15 billion from 280 units.

Uy explained that there are more units in the North Tower because of the smaller units offered while sales value is lower because prices per square meter have gone up by about 23 percent by the time they launched the South Tower which also has bigger units because of higher demand for larger spaces.

“Things have picked up significantly since the pandemic and the North Tower is almost sold out and we’re seeing good progress in terms of construction,” said Uy adding that value of units have appreciated from P280,000 per square meter in late 2018 to P345,000 per sqm.

ALP said they targeting mostly entrepreneurs and business owners with a few professionals and senior executives for Parklinks.

“A lot of our buyers live around the neighboring villages (QC, Pasig and Mandaluyong). They buy for end use, investment and space banking (next gen) so they can live close to each other (parents in Valle Verde, Greenmeadows, White Plains),” said ALP Deputy Marketing Head Tomas Cadiz.

He noted that, with Parklinks, unit owners can live in a highly exclusive, accessible and connected residential apartment within the greenest urban estate in the area.

The project is also low density with only four to nine units to a floor as units are generously sized (70 sqm. 1 bedroom, 2BRs of up to 160 sqm., 3BRs of up to 282 sqm.).

The units feature open plan living space with Siematic kitchens and direct access to spacious balcony spaces.

Cadiz pointed out that there is a limited supply of high end condo options along the the Quezon City-Pasig corridor and this is the first ALP condominium project in Quezon City.

With buyer preferences having changed during the pandemic, he said Parklinks offers a good residential option because of it has large units, all units have a balcony, large windows and sliding doors, access to parks within the estate, and easy access to essentials with Parklinks Mall.
