National road, bridges in Quirino now open to traffic to all types of vehicles

CABARROGUIS, Quirino – National roads and bridges here are now passable and open to traffic except for some which the Department of Public Works and Highways have identified to be one lane passable.

The DPWH said that San Pedro Overflow Bridge along NRJ-Villa Sur-San Pedro-Cabuaan-Ysmael-Disimungal Road (K0367+786), San Pedro, Maddela, Quirino is now passable and open to all types of vehicle.

Warning signs however were installed to guide the travelling public in La Conwap Detour along Jct Abbag-Nagtipunan-Nueva Vizcaya Road (Via Dupax) K0442+700 and 442+820 which is impassable due to high water level.

Motorists are advised that there is no alternate route going to barangay Keat, Nagtipunan, Quirino.

The Junction Abbag-Nagtipunan-Nueva-Vizcaya Road (Via Dupax), San Pugo, Nagtipunan, Quirino is open to traffic but one lane only.

Equipment and maintenance crews are on standby. Motorist are advised to take precaution for their safety.
