PDEA, PNP dismantle drug den in Mabalacat, six arrested

MABALACAT CITY, PAMPANGA -- Six drug personalities were arrested inside a makeshift drug den in South Daang Bakal, Brgy Dau here Sunday afternoon Sept. 25.

Agents of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Central Luzon confiscated some P82,800 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation jointly conducted by Pampanga DEU and the local police.

PDEA identified the apprehended suspects as Wilfredo Pantanggi, Ana May Sampana, Gabriel Fernandez, Ranjay Pangilinan, Josh Robles and Roda Capero.

The suspects yielded 11 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets and one open plastic sachet containing 12 grams of shabu, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the marked money.

Cases for violations of Republic Act 9165 or otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects.
