The Ospital ng Parañaque (OSPAR) announced that it will accept walk-in vaccination for residents and non-residents of Parañaque City.
The hospital will give vaccine shots to minors aged 5 to 11, 12 to 17 years old, and adults from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. starting on Monday, Sept. 26, up to Oct. 1.
The hospital will be administering Pfizer vaccine to all who wish to get the jab against Covid-19.
The OSPAR II reminded parents of children aged 5 to 11 and 12 to 17 years old to bring the vaccination card of the child, birth certificate, valid identification card of the parent, and authorization letter coming from the parent for the accompanying guardian.
The hospital reminded that it is very important to bring the card of the child for them to determine whether the vaccines they are going to administer will be for the second dose and booster shot.
The hospital said the first booster shot is open for children aged 12 and above while the second booster shot is open for A1 (frontline health workers), A2 (senior citizens) and immunocompromised aged 18 years old and above.
For the immunocompromised children aged 12 to17 years old who want to receive their first booster shot, it is required that there is a 28-day gap from their second dose while for the non-immunocompromised it should be a five-month gap.
For individuals who wish to get a second booster shot, the immunocompromised are required to have a three-month gap from their first booster and a four-month gap for A1 and A2 categories.
