Doris Joy Garcia, Regional Technical Director for Operations, said the program is in line with its vision of improving farm productivity while reducing the cost of production through the use of new farming machines and equipment.

The turnover was held at the Pangasinan Research and Experiment Center (PREC) in Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan on Tuesday, Sept. 20, in the presence of Pangasinan Rep. Rachel Arenas, represented by Jessica Guico.

Garcia said the Rice Banner Program received P9,970,405.60 in assistance, followed by the High Value Crops Program with P3,025,320, and the Corn Program with P599,198.00.
