Church burglar in Bulacan arrested

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga -- Police arrested a man for stealing gadgets and valuable items in a church in City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Samuel Lorenzana, a resident of Bulacan, was identified by Lawrence Reyes Tagao, a pastor, as the one who robbed the Cross Over Christian Ministry Church at gunpoint and carted away valuable items, including Lenovo Laptop worth P20,000; cellphone worth P10,000; and drawing tablet worth P8,000.

Lorenzana and his cohorts were also responsible for the robbery at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints also in City of San Jose del Monte wherein they were able to take Unit Video Camera worth P20,000, one unit of Projector worth P15,000.00 and eight Medallion with Gem Gold worth P8,000.

Operatives were able to recover all looted items and an improvised gun from the suspect, but his two unidentified cohorts managed to elude arrest on Sept. 18.
