Dennis Padilla to Julia Barretto: 'I defended you pero nagalit pa kayo sa akin…Sobra kayo'

Actor Dennis Padilla has reacted to the recent viral interview of his eldest daughter Julia Barretto.

On Instagram, Dennis flooded his feed with comments about his eldest daughter with Marjorie Barretto.

In the first post, Dennis called out broadcaster Karen Davila: "You better interview ME… para di one sided…. Wag ganun!!!"

"@iamkarendavila… Usap tayo karen…. Wag ganun…," he added in another post.

Dennis also wrote a message for Julia, which read: "Ako ang dapat takbuhan mo julia…. I defended you pero nagalit pa kayo sa akin… Sobra kayo…. Ano etong mga kwento mo kay karen?? @genepadillaaaa @jenny_ontheblock @juliabarretto @Claudia @danibarretto."

The comedian then uploaded a photo of his parents.

Dennis said: "Si Dencio Padilla aka Esteban Baldivia… Lolo mo yan…sya owner ng apelyido natin julia claudia at leon… Pati si dani ginamit yan nung maliit pa sya… Pati sa school… fyi po….@juliabarretto @Claudia @danibarretto @theleonbarretto."

"Lagi nyong sinasabi na maganda ang lahi nyo… Bakit pangit ba Lola Lina nyo??? Helloooo!!!! @jujuonthegotv."

Dennis ended his post by pleading to Karen that she should be "fair" to all.

"You need to interview me… Maraming mali sa alam ni julia… Waiting sa reply mo ty."

Recall that recently, Karen interviewed Julia for her vlog where the young star revealed that she's not on speaking terms again with her dad.

The 25-year-old star admitted it was hard for her.

“Sa commandments… no matter what happens, they’re your parents. And I always ask God, actually, I say: ‘You know God, I know a parent is a parent and I’m only just a child but at the same time saan yung boundary na a child is also allowed to get hurt and have their own pains?’”

Julia said: “I just need more love from him. More love, more protection. I just feel like he should be my number one protector and that’s not really what I’m getting right now from him. So it does hurt because dapat siya yung tinatakbuhan ko, di ba? But it is sad that I can’t. So I pray for it.”

Meanwhile, Julia revealed how Dennis did try to reach out to her but she’s not just really ready yet.

And she doesn’t want to “force” herself to do so.

But she's hopeful things will be better in the future.
