The event took place at the Rizal Hall of the Palace, where the invited designers were treated to a sumptuous spread and performances of traditional Filipino dance. “You guys are the best and the brightest and that you want to help Philippine fashion.” the First Lady said during the event.

According to a post shared by Philip Rodriguez, they were also able to tour Malacañang’s museum and library.

Since President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. started his administration, the First Lady has been seen wearing Filipino-made fashions. For the President’s inauguration and first State of the Nation Address, Liza opted to wear the creations of designer Lesley Mobo.
