CEB to operate at Changi Terminal 4

Cebu Pacific (CEB) flights to and from Singapore will be operated from Terminal 4 of the Changi Airport beginning September 20, 2022.

In line with this, CEB flight 5J 803 Manila – Singapore, and 5J 547 Cebu – Singapore on September 19, 2022 will be arriving at Terminal 4 of the Changi Airport. Passengers of CEB flights 5J 804 and 5J 814 Singapore – Manila, and 5J 548 Singapore – Cebu on September 20, 2022 should check-in at Terminal 4. All succeeding CEB flights arriving and departing Singapore will be accommodated at Terminal 4. CEB advises passengers to be at the Changi Airport at least 3 hours before their scheduled time of departure to complete all pre-departure requirements. Passengers are advised to update their contact details via http://bit.ly/CEBUpdateInfo to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates. Passengers flying to the Philippines must register for One Health Pass before going to the airport to avoid delays in checking in. Save the unique transaction number once registration is complete. Use this number to fill-up the electronic Health Declaration Certificate (e-HDC) on the same link and save a printed/digital copy of the QR code at the end of the form. This will be presented upon check-in and/or arrival.
