AMBS President Maribeth Tolentino reveals other stars, personalities they are in talks with

Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS) President Maribeth C. Tolentino on Wednesday mentioned in an interview several other personalities they are currently in discussions with relating to the possibility of them joining the newly formed ALLTV.

Among them are popular news figures Korina Sanchez and Noli De Castro.

She said, "Wala pang napa-finalize pero yes, we are discussing with them."

Maribeth made clear, "Wala pa pong pumipirma sa kanila. Nililinaw ko lang. Ayaw namin silang pangunahan. Marami pang kailangan ayusin diyan. Kung sakali may ma-finalize we will let them announce it publicly."

Maribeth also mentioned Karla Estrada and Luis Manzano.

"Kinakausap rin namin sila," she said. "Mga kaibigan naman ito ni Willie (Revillame, AMBS consultant and partner) so, let's wait and see."

Note that only a few days ago, Anthony Taberna, Ciara Sotto, Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla and Toni Gonzaga already signed with ALLTV.

ALLTV had a soft launch Tuesday and inasmuch as many celebrated its arrival, there were others who grumbled noting a number of "technical glitches."

Maribeth acknowledged this.

"Pinagusapan namin ni Willie 'yan talaga after," she related. "Talagang ramdam namin 'yung birth pains. Para kaming nanganak! Pero, oo, we are taking all the feedback na narinig at nabasa namin and we are studying na how to address all of these. Basta tuloy tuloy lang kami at we will make sure to improve pa in the coming days."

As to when exactly they are planning to go full blast, she said, "Matagal pa. Siguro by the end of the year or early next year. Ang dami pa naming inaayos. Marami pa kaming nilulutong shows."
