Sheryn Regis, Mel de Guia mark first year anniversary together

"My heart leaps with joy and excitement."

This is what singer Sheryn Regis wrote on Instagram, as she greeted her "langga," vlogger Mel de Guia.

The said feeling is her reaction because of the latter's "beautiful surprise 1st Anniversary gift."

She's seemingly referring to the rings, which the artist is proudly flaunting as seen in the photo.

"But most of all I am grateful," Sheryn added.

According to her, she has a lot of words to utter from her heart to thank Mel for everything that she has done for her.

"Thank you for the unconditional love," she told Mel.

"1st year of being together speaks a lot of love, happiness, tears and joy of the challenges we encountered in our everyday lives. I thank the Lord for giving me YOU. I love you more and more each day. Happy 1st Anniversary to us Langga ko."

Last year when Sheryn has come out to admit to a long-whispered speculation.

Via Ogie Diaz’ popular vlog, the singer revealed she is a lesbian.

She said both her ex-partner Earl Echiverri and daughter Sweety, know about it.

This January, Sheryn and Mel got inked by Apo Whang-od, considered the last mambabatok (Kalinga tattooist) from the Butbut tribe.
