PRC: 356 out of 626 pass September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam

Three hundred fifty six individuals out of 626 examinees have passed the September 2022 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) said.

The exam was given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Tacloban on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022.

With its rating of 93.65 percent, Information and Communication Technology Academy emerged as the top performing school in the said licensure exam. Meanwhile, Lalaine Chua Kawsek of Trinity University of Asia (Quezon City) garnered the highest place in the boards with a rating of 89 percent.

PRC reminded the new passers that the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration will be done virtually from Nov. 14 to Nov. 15.

“Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony will be announced later,” said the Commission.
