LSERV opens over 1,000 job opportunities to help address PH unemployment rate


Over 1,000 employment opportunities across various sectors have opened up to help address the Philippines’ high unemployment rate.

LSERV Corporation, a trusted service contractor for private companies and government services, said it has opened up over 1,000 employment opportunities for both blue- and white-collared workers in a effort to further lower the country’s unemployment rate.

There are about 2.602 million jobless Filipinos as of July this year, the country’s lowest unemployment level since the onset of the pandemic, latest report from the Philippine Statistics Authority showed.

“While this is good news to the economy, there are still millions of jobless Filipinos searching for means to provide food to the table. To address the employment gap, LSERV has opened 1,031 job openings from various public and private sector partners. Of the total job openings, 50% of which are administrative support, 21% are technical support, 10% on operations assistance, 8% on general services, 6% on marketing and sales, while the remaining 5% are on medical as well as hotel and restaurance support.
