What gets you up in the morning?

"Every day I get up and remind myself to become the person I needed during my darkest times"

What are your strengths? 

"Giving assistance to the people in need in all aspects of life"

What are your weaknesses?

"Fear of failure"

How would your friends describe you?

"Approachable, easy to get along with, down to earth"

How do you define success?

"Success is when I can provide the happiness of my family" 

How do you handle conflict?

"Initially, I pray to God almighty and take deep breaths"

How do you deal with failure?

"I consider failure as a catapult that would send me to greater things"

"I was exploring an online dating app without the expectation of a long-term relationship, but lo and behold there I found the person who I see myself with in the future"

What are the qualities do you look for in a long-term partner? 

"A person that accepts me as a person with flaws and ultimately, that person must be able to accept my family and my family’s story."

At what age do you think you’ll settle down for marriage? 

"Age is not a determining factor. The most important element is the genuine connection with the person, and there I can tell that I would be ready to settle down."

Describe your ultimate fantasy date! Where would you go, what activity would you do, what would be on the menu for dinner?

"It would be an underwater date. Scuba diving with the person I love, especially during nighttime where we get to see all kinds of species and the illuminating plankton."

Tell us about your family - Are you close? Do you have siblings?

"We are a big family. I have 5 siblings. My mom taught us the value of being family-oriented, so each and every day we would check on each other and share about how our day went." 

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

"Santorini, Greece"

City, beach or countryside?

"Beach!" 

Best road trip music?

"We should love our own! OPM music is always the key to a memorable road trip." 

What are your travel essentials?

"Sunscreen and mosquito repellant"

Light or heavy packer?

"Heavy packer! We wouldn’t forget anything!"

Hotels or hostels?

"Hotels"

Window or aisle seat?

"Window seat. There’s so much to see from above the air"

Travel bucket list? 

"Scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef." 

Planned or spontaneous travel?

"Planned. We need to budget time and not miss a single tourist or local attraction."

Tell us any funny or unusual travel stories you've experienced!

"We were in a country that we first visited and as my family got on the train during rush hour. The doors closed on me and I had to wait for the next train to arrive in 30 mins. Take note, we didn’t have any mode of communication back then!" 

Two things to be conscious when traveling?

"Be cautious with people who are too friendly. Sometimes, they make you part of their modus and tell security you are one of them in their illegal activities."

Most Instagrammable place you’ve been to?

"Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, USA"

Do you have any special talents?

"I used to dance for Colegio San Agustin Dance Troupe and also Competed as the Cheer Captain for De La Salle College of Saint Benilde in the Pump Up the Animo 6"

Top tip for aspiring pageant joiners

"Always remind yourself of the advocacy you are fighting for."

What are your career goals in the next 3-5 years?

"Become a Lawyer for the abused Women and Children. Fight for their rights and be their voice."

How do you see yourself 20 years from now?

"Working and owning a law firm" 

If I gave you $40,000 USD to start a business, what would you start? 

"I would set up a legal aid center for the victims of Violence against Women and Children."

What do you expect or qualities necessary to be the next Mr. Law School San Beda

"A Mr. School of Law should portray the qualities of a future Bedan lawyer who has Faith in God and compassion for those in need. If I were to be the next Mr. School of Law, I will grab this opportunity to be the voice of those abused women and children who cannot speak out against their perpetrators and fight for their freedom."
