A suspected member of a robbery group was arrested by the police in Taguig on Sept. 9.
Southern Police District acting director Kirby John Kraft identified the suspect as Henry Sanoria, 39, alleged member of the Bobby Arao Robbery Group, which is responsible for the series of robbery-holdup incidents in Taguig, Makati, Pasig, Muntinlupa and Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Sanoria was nabbed after the Taguig police received a phone call from a Barangay Intelligence Network agent who informed that the suspect was seen brandishing his firearm in Purok 7, PNR Site, FTI Compound in Barangay Western Bicutan.
Immediately, Taguig police intelligence operatives and elements of Western Bicutan Substation proceeded to the area.
Upon arriving, they saw the suspect with a firearm bulging on his waist while he was sitting on a motorcycle.
The police confiscated from the suspect a .38-caliber revolver loaded with three live ammunition.
Sanoria failed to present documents for the firearm.
The Taguig police said the suspect also failed to present any proof of ownership of the motorcycle, prompting the arresting officer to verify with the Investigation Detective Management Section (IDMS).
It was later found out that the motorcycle was stolen by unidentified suspects on Sept. 6, the police added.
Sanoria will be charged with illegal possession of firearms and ammunition under Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) and for violation of Republic Act 10883 (New Carnapping Act of 2016).
