Kim Chiu, Xian Lim ecstatic over comeback project as love team

The long wait is over. KimXi is returning to the big screen!

Actor Xian Lim excitedly shared the good news via social media.

He wrote: "I missed you @chinitaprincess (heart emoji) After 8 years, we're back on the big screen."

Xian and Kim will star in "Always," an adaptation of a hit Korean movie.

It is set to open in cinemas this Sept. 28.

On her social media account, Kim posted, "Finally, missed sharing the screen with you @xianlimm."

The trailer will drop tonight at 7 p.m.
