Number one most wanted person with P5.2 million reward found at Angeles City BJMP
CAMP MARCELO A ADDURU, Tuguegarao City – A member of Communist Terrorist Group who is the number one most wanted person in Nueva Vizcaya who carried a reward of P5.2 million has been found at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Angeles City, Pampanga on Thursday, Sept. 8.
Operatives of Kasibu Police Station and Nueva Vizcaya Police Provincial Office (NVPPO) served a warrant of arrest to the accused at the BJMP in Angeles City.
The Department of National Defense and the Department of the Interior and Local Government arrived at such a huge reward in their joint order since the accused, identified as alias ‘Ched/Maye/Emy,’ was a Communist Terrorist Group member, secretary of Komiteng Rehiyon-Gitnang Luzon who was charged with a crime of rebellion.
The warrant was issued July 20, 2018 by Hon. Paul R. Attolba Jr., Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 30, Nueva Vizcaya.
No bail was recommended for the temporary liberty of the accused, who is still under the custody of BJMP in Angeles City for documentation.
Brigadier General Steve B. Ludan, director of Police Regional Office 2, commended the performance and hard work of the Cagayan Valley cops for their successful operation.
Ludan encouraged the Philippine National Police personnel to continue their duty to protect the people, and free the country from the clutches of the left-leaning organizations.
He also affirmed that PRO2 will continue to uphold its role in the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).
