DITO launches super core data center

DITO Telecommunity Corporation this week launched the first of its two state-of-the art Super Core Data Centers in Batangas City.

The DITO facility is the first Tier-III data center in the Philippines, with "the most advanced industry innovation technology and multiple security protocols:.

“This disaster resilient and environment- friendly facility is the brain of the network, where all our edge data centers and regional data centers are connected," remarked DITO Chief Technology Officer, Retired Major General Rodolfo Santiago.

The DITO Super Core data center is also equipped with artificial intelligent management to increase operating efficiency. Its facilities and equipment are environment friendly.

During the launch, DITO pledged to implement social programs and services to assist senior citizens of Batangas City.

With 12 million subscribers todate, DITO likewise committed to provide stronger connectivity and establish telecommunities with shared interests.
