Wilbert Tolentino reacts to blind item

Wilbert Tolentino has issued a statement pertaining to a blind item.

He believes the matter is related to his ward, Herlene Budol.

"Sure ako si Herlene Hipon Budol ang tinutukoy," he wrote on Facebook.

The blind item is about a comedienne who has supposedly changed her image after her handler told her she can no longer appear on projects rated Strictly Parental Guidance.

Wilbert explained: "Hindi naman po sa tumanggi po ako pero dahil during nag i-inquire po sila indi pa naka pag sign ng contract sa Binibining Pilipinas ang artist. Siempre bilang Manager obligasyon ko protektahan ang artist ko dahil may tamang proseso at kinakailangan dumaan eto sa organisasyon ng BBP. kapag sinabi ipag paalam kailangan pala e write up na? di ba in good relation naman ako sa lahat...Happy???"

He also replied to a netizen who deemed him as "bida bida ka Kasi sa mga talents mo."

"Pa hingahin mo sila. Pina pagod mo sila agad. Hindi Ikaw si budol. I sasabak mo agad sa Ibang pageant goodness. Masasakal sayo mga talent mo," an online user advised.

Wilbert refuted the allegation.

"Indi po ako bida bida. kung kinakailangan e angat ang tao bkt sila masasakal kung para naman din sa kanila ang ginagawa ko," he told the Facebook user.

"At bkt naman sayangin ang opportunidad kung may pag kakataon. huwag kang manghatak ng tao pababa dahil indi yan magandang asal. u should be happy sa mga achievement ng tao. kulang ka ata sa pag aaruga ng magulang."
