BLACKPINK's Jisoo, Kim Seon-ho, Belle Mariano voted winners at Seoul Int'l Drama Awards

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, actor Kim Seon-ho and Filipino actress Belle Mariano were voted by fans as winners in an online poll for the 17th Seoul International Drama Awards (SDA).

For the whole month of August, SDA organizers conducted an online poll through an app among Hallyu fans around the world to pick their choices for Korean drama and Outstanding Asian Star categories.

Jisoo, who starred in the drama “Snowdrop” which aired from December 2021 to January 2022, got the most votes to emerge as the winner of the poll for Outstanding Performance of Korean Drama of the Year-Actress.

She received 41.58 percent of the votes to grab the No. 1 spot. She was followed by Lee Se-young, 26.19 percent; Son Ye-jin, 10.52 percent; Kim Sejeong, 6.75 percent; Kim Tae-ri, 5.16 percent; and Park Eun-bin, 3.06 percent.

For the Outstanding Performance of Korean Drama of the Year-Actor, Kim Seon-ho of “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” won the poll, getting 53.39 percent of the votes.

He was followed by Park Jaechan, 17.48 percent; Park Seoham, 8.03 percent; Jung Hae-in, 7.67 percent; Kim Seoo-hyun, 3.69 percent; Nam Joo-hyuk, 3.69 percent; Junho, 1.92 percent; Ro Woon, 1.42 percent; Ahn Hyo-seop, 1.08 percent; and Song Kang, 0.63 percent.

For Outstanding Korean Drama, the winners are “The Red Sleeve” and “All of Us Are Dead.”

Lim Young-woong won Best OST (Official Soundtrack) with his "Love Always Run Away" for the drama "Young Lady and Gentleman" getting 59.53 percent of the votes followed by BTS' V's "Christmas Tree."

The Outstanding K-pop Idol award went to Kang Daniel, who received 45 percent of the votes, followed by Jaechan, 32.05 percent; Sehun, 9.02 percent; Jinyoung, 2.95 percent; and Jisoo, 2.13 percent.

Belle Mariano emerged as the winner for Outstanding Asian Star Prize-Philippines in an online poll for the 17th Seoul International Drama Awards (SDA)

For Outstanding Asian Star (Philippines), Belle Mariano of “He’s Into Her” topped the poll with 62.34 percent of the votes followed by Donny Pangilinan of “He’s Into Her” with 27.16 percent, Maris Racal of “The Broken Marriage Vow” with 4.79 percent; Jodi Sta. Maria of “The Broken Marriage Vow” with 2.69 percent and Zanjoe Marudo of “The Broken Marriage Vow” with 2.61 percent.
