Rep. Olivarez to distribute cash assistance to 150 individuals in crisis situation

Parañaque City 1st District Rep. Edwin Olivarez announced the distribution of the 2nd batch of assistance to individuals in crisis situation (AICS) on Friday, Sept.2.

Olivarez said the second batch of 150 beneficiaries will receive their cash assistance at the Parañaque City Sports Complex at 8:00 a.m.

He said 162 qualified beneficiaries of AICS already received their cash assistance on Aug. 25.

The AICS is a program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in partnership with Rep. Olivarez’s Congressional District Office located at the second floor of Parañaque City Hall where applications are being accepted and screened prior to the distribution of cash assistance.

The processing and verification of documents by applicants started on Aug. 31 by Eva Nono and Bernie Amurao.
