Medialdea elected new director of Manila Hotel

Former Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea has been elected as new director of the Manila Hotel Corporation during the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting held on August 31, 2022.

Reelected directors during the same meeting are Basilio C. Yap. Chairman of the Board; Atty. Joey D. Lina Jr., President; Dr. Emilio C. Yap III, Vice Chairman; Dr. Enrique Y. Yap Jr., Executive Vice President; former Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Amando M. Tetangco Jr; former Supreme Court Chief Justice Diosdado M. Peralta; Rolando L. Macasaet; Atty. Sergio A.F. Apostol, Corporate Secretary; Benjamin C. Yap, and Joseph Y. Gaw.
