So far, there’s none because we have installed police help desks in every school We also have roving patrols),” Lacuna said during an ambush interview.

“Mayroon ding unique sa amin na inilunsad ng Manila Police District (MPD), ‘yung may QR code (There is also something unique to us that was launched by the MPD, the QR code),” she added.

The QR code is posted across all schools in the city to address immediate complaints or untoward incidents.

It would also direct to the Facebook account of MPD Director Andre Dizon.

Dizon, meanwhile, assured the public of the police force's readiness amid several reports of kidnappings.

We have a calibrated response to the kidnappings and we want to assure the people in Manila that the police, together with the force multipliers, are ready to secure the city),” Dizon stated.

Lacuna also ordered the MPD to provide additional security during night time especially in areas near schools and universities.
