Billy Crawford is back to where it all began for him.
At GMA.
The 40-year-old singer-dancer-TV host-actor will be hosting the hit international game show “The Wall Philippines,” on the Kapuso Network starting this Sunday, Aug. 28.
For those not in the know, Billy actually started his career at GMA via the now defunct show of his discoverer-mentor-manager German "Kuya Germs" Moreno, "That's Entertainment."

It has been years since and he has already appeared in other networks so, how does it feel being back on GMA?
“I feel welcomed and at home," he told us in a virtual chat, recently. "Setting foot at GMA for the first time in years brought back a lot of memories."
Will it be for good?
"I wouldn't call it my last stop," he said. "It's an opportunity, it's work and you know, business is business so, at the end of the day, kung saan man ito papunta, I'll take it from there."

Note that the opportunity now allows Billy to be seen on two networks, TV5 (where he hosts "Lunch Out Loud") and, of course, GMA.
He feels "grateful and blessed" for it, deeming himself the "Pambansang katrabaho."
"I'm quite happy where I am right now," he said. "Parang umiikot lang ako. Tapos ngayon, nandu'n lang ako sa gitna. may Kapamilya, may Kapatid, may Kapuso, ako ang ‘Pambansang Katrabaho.’ it’s such a blessing, especially sa panahon ngayon. Honestly? I really think it's orchestrated by God more than anything."
But is there pressure?
"It's natural. It's something new e," he said. "If you're too comfortable and confident in life na parang wala ng pagkakamali na mangyayari sa buhay mo, then you're perfect. But from my perspective, I'm not. Wala namang taong ginawang perpekto so, may kaba."
Many believe Billy lucky. Does he feel the same way?
"I don't know. I won't be able to understand why things happened the way they did but for some reason it's working so, I'm just thankful," he said. "Obviously, God has plans so, bakit ko ko-question-in yung plano ng Panginoon sa akin? Kung sinasabing 'Bahala na si Lord,' ito na yun - bahala na si Lord."
So, what can fans expect from him and in "The Wall Philippines?"
"In whatever I do, I always try my best to offer something new," he said. "It depends on the job, really. I try to find kung ano yung magma-match, kung kailangan ba mataas yung energy, kailangan ba galawgaw, kengkoy ba ako dito or kailangan ba seryoso ako dito. Basta ako, I just want to give my best and entertain people. I want to put a smile on their faces. It's what we all need right now."
