The provincial government has been making the rounds of public high school campuses to distribute computer tablets to senior high schools students.

Rizal Governor Nina Ricci Ynares (Chiongbian) led the distribution of Cherry Mobile tablets at Bayugo National High School in Jalajala, Rizal.
The tablet’s recipients were Grade 12 students, said Ynares in her post on the official Facebook page of the provincial government.
She was accompanied by Vice Governor Junrey San Juan, who also joined the governor in the distribution of the gadgets to senior high school students in other parts of the province during the first week of classes.
Earlier, Governor Ynares also personally handed out the compensation of the students who worked for 20 days under the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) of the Department of Labor and Employment.
Ynares said a total of P4.3 million was given to the SPES participants equivalent to the provincial government’s share in the salary of the student workers. The 40 percent share will be shouldered by the Department of Labor and Employment.
