Rita Avila denies conflict with Elizabeth Oropesa, Boy Abunda

Rita Avila is not in odds with fellow celebrities Elizabeth Oropesa and Boy Abunda.

This is contrary to several videos circulating on social media claiming such.

According to the video, the quarrel relates to the movie "Maid in Malacañang."

Rita Avila has since issued a reaction.

She wrote: "May ganito pala sa mga titulo ng balita? Wow ha? Gigil na gigil? Habang maayos kami ni Boy all the time, ganyan pala ang chismisan."

"May away kami ni Ms. Oro? D ko alam un ah. Wala nga akong alam sa sinapit nya," she added. "Ininsulto ko ang MIM? Di ko napanood kaya wala akong dapat sabihin."

Rita ended: "Hay naku. Kawawa naman ang mga ginalit ng mga titulong yan."

In the caption, Rita deemed the claims purported on the videos "fake news."

"Whew! May mga ganito pala. Making titles shocking plus putting angry pics of mine na hango sa mga guestings and VOILA! Trending sila at my expense," she said.

"Parang tabloids nung kapanahunan ko. It may appear na biktima ako pero in the end, ang mga biktima ay ang mga napaniwala ng mga exag na balita. Naging masama sila dahil dun eh."

Rita continued: "Happy ang mga naniwala dahil may nasirang tao. Happy din ako na alam ko ang totoo."

She then gave some advice to her followers.

"Mga kapatid/anak, may isang napakamahalagang Judge. D tayo perpekto pero ang dapat maging goal natin ay mapunta sa piling ng Panginoon. Bale wala lahat ng success kung sa impyerno ang goal mong puntahan."

Rita then related that she sent Elizabeth a direct message and an e-mail.

A few hours later, Rita revealed that she was able to talk to Elizabeth and Toni Co about the so-called "issues."

"Nagkausap na din kami ni Toni. Co hindi Gonzaga. Nililinaw ko lang po at baka ang mga ano eh magpista na naman," she related.

Then pointed out: "ANG BALITANG TOTOO: Nagulat si Ms. Oro sa mga balita. Bakit daw kami pinag-aaway. Mahal daw nya ako."

"SA PANIG KO: Never ako nagsalita against Ms. Oro. Magkaiba man kami ng paniniwala sa pulitika, respetado ko siya dahil maayos ang naging samahan namin sa showbusiness," she added.

"Aug 23: Nag email si Ms. Oro sa akin. Napakaganda ng message nya. I emailed back. OK kami. OK?"

Recall that last January when Rita made headlines after calling out Boy Abunda for "cutting" then-Vice President Leni Robredo during an interview.

Meanwhile, in March, Ogie Diaz and Bituin Escalante reacted to Elizabeth's viral statement.
