Cagayan provincial director transferred to new assignment in Camp Crame
CAGAYAN -- Police Colonel Renell Sabaldica, the outgoing provincial director of the Cagayan Provincial Police Office, has been transferred to his new assignment as part of the reshuffle in the Philippine National Police organization.

Col. Sabaldica’s transfer to Camp Crame is effective Wednesday, Aug. 24.
Before leaving his post, he thanked all the policemen in Cagayan for their support and cooperation in implementing all the programs during his brief stint as top cop in the province.
He also thanked the provincial government of Cagayan and all the agencies that supported the Cagayan PNP that resulted into many awards.
Colonel Sabaldica was adjudged as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for Administration while the Cagayan PPO was named Best Police Provincial Office.
Colonel Sabaldica is a proud member of Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA)‘Kabalikat’ Class of 1998.
During his assumption as Provincial Director of Cagayan PPO on June 24, 2021, he introduced the Team Cagayan PPO 9-Point Program Thrust which served as his anchor in leading the over 2,000 men and women of Cagayan PPO.
PD Sabaldica was also awarded as Outstanding Police Community Relations (PCR) Senior Police Commissioned Officer (PCO) and Cagayan PPO as Outstanding PPO for Police Community Relations in the culminating ceremony of 27th PCR Month recently.
PCol. Jovencio S. Badua Jr. will be the officer-in-charge of Cagayan PPO.
