PNP creates task force to probe into death of 4 people inside abandoned car in Rizal
The Philippine National Police (PNP) created on Tuesday, Aug. 23. a special task force that will look into the case of four people who were found dead inside a car in Rodriguez, Rizal on Monday, Aug. 22.
PNP Chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. said the task force was ordered to establish the motive and the identity of the perpetrators.

“A Special Investigation Task Group has been created to dig deeper into the case. We want to establish the motive and apprehend the culprit. Police authorities are on top of this and seek to uncover the truth and vow to serve justice,” said Azuron.
On Monday morning, the local police received a report about an abandoned vehicle, with license plate NGU 1923, with four dead men inside in Barangay Macabud.
Police later identified two of the victims as 40-year old Robert Amarillo, of Lucena City; and, Carl Pabalan, 51, of Tayabas City in Quezon. They were identified by their relatives.
The two other female victims remain unidentified.
Police investigators said the victims may have bene killed elsewhere.
The discovery of the four dead people in Rizal is the latest of the series of kidnap-slay cases in the past weeks.
