Local messaging platform to link SEA

Web-based multi-channel messaging platform m360 is on track to be the messaging company that creates the largest connection point between companies and customers in Southeast Asia, announced Chief Operating Officer Ramon Hirang.

Already, m360 has increased its direct customer base by 33 percent to 1,295 clients and achieved 160 percent of its budget in the first half of 2022.

“We delivered a strong set of results and our growth momentum is building," he noted.

m360 delivers digital app-to-person (A2P) messaging products that amplify customer experience and seamless communications.

It covers all aspects of messaging, including SMS and over-the-top communication services such as Viber for Business, Facebook Messenger, and soon, WhatsApp, Business, RCS, and other digital messaging channels.

It now enables premium A2P inbound messaging via Globe Telecom Inc.’s network, allowing Globe customers to receive messages from international or premium brands through the approved and legal route.

Likewise, m360 allows businesses in the Philippines to send SMS to more than 230 mobile network operators in over 190 countries worldwide.

This empowers enterprises with multichannel solutions that can reach a wider audience to help them improve brand awareness and customer service, and increase sales locally and abroad in any channel their customers prefer.

m360 also continues to ramp up its fraud detection capability, making it a safe, secure, and reliable partner for SMS delivery.
