Vice Ganda on rumored breakup with Ion Perez: 'Masaya kami... mga tsismosa kayo!'

TV host-comedian Vice Ganda has set the record straight: All is well between him and partner, Ion Perez.

During a recent episode of "It's Showtime," Vice warmly welcomes Ion, who just returned from a six-day vacation in Japan.

According to him, he has been crying at night while Ion was away.

“Magmula kasi nung pandemic, di ba, nagsama kami sa bahay. Tapos hindi na kami ganoon nagkaroon ng time na maghiwalay nang matagal,” he related, adding the longest is three days when they have respective out-of-town gigs.

"Straight six days na malayo, first 'yun. We missed each other!"

But he said their temporary separation was necessary.

So, bala-balanse, time with our families. And then back to each other's arm,” was how he put it.

'Tong mga damonyong ‘to. Hoy, mga damonyo!”

“Pero masaya kami rito. Masaya kaming pamilya, masaya kaming magdyo-jowa, kaya ‘wag kayong anong mga damonyo kayo… ‘wag ganun.”

Recall that a few days ago when Ion's TikTok video went viral.

There, he sent a message to someone, whom he didn't name.

The comment section was immediately filled with reactions.

Many netizens mentioned the name of veteran showbiz scribe Cristy Fermin, seemingly insinuating that Ion’s message is for her.

Recall that Cristy discussed Vice’s cryptic post in an episode of her radio program “Cristy Ferminute” a few days ago.

Then later, Cristy tackled again the same topic in her "Showbiz Now Na!," where she said that maybe Vice and Ion's relationship is no longer the same.

Earlier, fans speculated that all is not well after Vice shared a post on Instagram.

“The past few months have not been easy. In fact, they’ve been really difficult. Ang daming nangyari sa buhay ko. May magagaan, may mabibigat. May mga masasaya, may mga malulungkot. May mga winning moments at may mga humbling moments... It was exhausting, really exhausting,” it read.

October last year when the comedy superstar and boyfriend Ion had a commitment ceremony in Las Vegas.

The couple is set to mark their fourth anniversary this October.

Ion joined “It’s Showtime” initially as Kuya Escort in the noontime show's "Miss Q&A" segment.
