DOTr chief: NAIA T2 needs improvements


The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 needs to be improved to enhance passenger experience, Department of Transportation Secretary Jaime J. Bautista noted in his surprise inspection last night, Aug. 1, during the airport’s peak hours.

The transport secretary inspected the check-in, security check and pre-departure areas, as well as boarding gates, while hundreds of outbound passengers lined up for health and security checks prior to their flights.
