Ricky Martin's nephew withdraws court case, restraining order junked

A judge dismissed the temporary restraining order against Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin following a request from the accuser that the case should be dismissed.

Thus, the case against the former Menudo singer has been junked, according to people.com.

Lawyers for Ricky issued a statement, which the singer posted on his Facebook on July 22:
