Maggie Wilson: 'I'm ready to fight'

Maggie Wilson is busy consulting with her lawyers.

She said so in a recent post, relating how she just finished a three-hour meeting with them.

The former model-beauty queen maintained: "I am ready to fight."

Her declaration came after a much publicized incident that happened in her residence a few days ago.

As detailed by the Divina Law Office in a statement, representatives from her ex-husband's company, Victor Consunji Development Corp. (VCDC), went to Maggie's place along with “baton-carrying Barangay officials,” “illegally” and “forcibly” entering the house “purportedly to ‘padlock’ the same.”

Supposedly, the group cut off their electricity.

“This blatant display of power and influence deserves the strongest condemnation. No one is above the law,” the law office said.

Maggie reiterated in a post that electricity in her house has not yet been restored after several attempts.

She added, "If you're wondering why my family and staff will not move out of the property d(e)spite them restricting my rights and electricity this is still conjugal property."

"On principle, I/we my sister and I refuse to be bashed around like a lot of other women in the Philippines," she went on.

"P.S. My strong, bad ass sister is refusing to stay in a hotel, get another property, and has turned down offers from our friends to stay at their places."
