Herlene Budol has earned her degree in tourism management at the College of Saint John Paul II.
She proudly posted on Instagram a video of her accepting her diploma.
She went up the stage carrying a portrait of her grandmother, who passed away last month.
Note that the Binibining Pilipinas bet was also recognized as the face of the school
Herlene penned a heartwarming appreciation post to mark the occasion, thanking all those who made it possible.
It read:
"To my Nanay Bireng & Tatay Oreng, you both are the priceless blessing in my life. I wouldn't be where I am today without your inspiration & support.
"To my Papa Herber, Mama Weng & Mama lhen & Mama @Tracy Pascual & my BUDOL Family for all your guidance. You all made my graduation more special.
